Very lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and the room was very nice including all amenities (hairdryer, towels etc.). A little bit pricey, but probably a fair price if you plan to use all the leisure facilities such as the pool, gym or studios. The golf course looked very nice as well, but there is also crazy mini golf for the kids or people who aren't serious about golf (like myself). Would definitely come back here but would make sure to book when there is an offer on again.
My partner and I came for an over night stay and really enjoyed the hotel. It's in a great location for all the nearby sites and had the adventure golf on site which was good fun. The hotel had pretty much everything you need, spa, salon, pool, bar. All the staff seemed friendly and not miserable (like in some hotels). Bed was really comfy and room spacious with fan, good tv all the nice touches like ear plugs for the early rising wildlife (which I think is nice). Would stay again.

Amazing food! What I liked was you aren't bombarded with choices just carefully selected set menus to choose from and some amazing specials!! The Lemon Sole was beautiful. Staff were great and really helpful! If your not sure about a dish just ask!! Hope to go again soon!!
Very high class gastropub. Excellent food and decent range of drinks. Not cheap so not somewhere we'd go every week but great as a treat.

The food was very good, service good. My complaint is that I ordered an Irish coffee, when I began to drink it I couldn't taste any whisky. I asked my husband to taste it and he agreed there was no Irish whisky added to the £5.00 drink. I mentioned it to the person at the time of paying as, we are not very good complainers and her response was to say she would mention the mistake made to the person behind the bar. There was no mention of another irish coffee being made properly for me and no recompense.. Sadly not sure if we wish to return due to the managers lack of customer service. We left a £5.00 tip and that was taken with relish. Sadly lacking professional customer service.
I found The Wilford Bridge to be without fault in either food, real ale hospitality and service, definately a pub I would recommend

Wonderful food as always. My friend and I had 2 courses for £12 which is excellent value. Staff are so attentive and polite they make you feel so welcome and valued
I absolutely love this place. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommended
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago in our camper van to try it out with the grandkids. We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and enjoyed our stay there. A bonus was the children's play area which included a lovely old fashioned roundabout and see-saw!
Staff here are so lovely and were very very helpful! Willbreturn at some point with my other children!
