Very helpful with ideas and materials

I have been in a week today. I really don’t get the poor reviews. Alison in sales has been great from start to finish with no hard sales technique. Once the holding deposit was taken she called every week to update us. Alison explained the buying procedure and answered all questions. That’s sales. As for aftercare, it’s been amazing we’ve had one or two little issues and a big one tonight all fixed quickly efficiently and this is all down to John and his team being on the ball, efficient and honest. Enough positive stuff cannot be said to highlight how good him his team are. Layout and build. Yup there’s been little snags and one major one but we are the first up and to be honest, I would expect a few niggles brand new. It won’t be perfect because a house needs to be lived in to find its faults. One issue with W layout and that’s no direct access to the car park that backs onto our garden, we have to walk all the way round, but we will be looking to get this issue sorted. The rest of the layout has been fine thus far. So yeah, well deserved 5* at Millers place, the team are awesome... so far 👍🏻

On holiday in the area had a problem with a tyre, went to theses guys, what a great bunch they are. Changed the tyre had to order a new one, went back next day tyre already fitted on rim in a matter of minutes. If we lived in th area we would use them all the time. Thanks guys you were stars.

My bathroom was installed by JCW Saunders and I'm really pleased with the end result. The install was completed to a very high standard and is exactly what I'd hoped for. Highly recommend.

Boiler stopped working engineer out the following morning first thing so very quick response considering weather conditions. Very impressed with this as have 1year old and the house was freezing. Engineer quickly fixed the problem and let me know what to do if happened again, as was issue to do with ice cold weather rather than boiler itself. Polite and friendly. Would recommend and will use company again in the future.

Great service as always. Such a relaxing atmosphere with really friendly staff who make you feel welcome and pampered from the moment you arrive. I had the conditioning treatment on top of my wash cut and blow-dry today. Very relaxing :-)

This company is one of the most friendly and helpful I have come across. Their Customer Service is second to none. Due to this I will always try to purchase their products. Very Highly recommended.

Lovely room and good reception on arrival. The lady 'in training' was very good. Bar service could be better as was left standing at bar while bar staff were chatting or outing glasses away and didn't have the initiative to serve

Expensive but nice.

Bloody brilliant, excellent exhibition with fascinating details of the site and findings. Lovely walks can be taken around the site, including through the woods. You're able to walk right up to and around the mounds, and get a very good view from the viewing platform. Highly recommend going

Really enjoyed our visit yesterday as we hadn’t been for about ten years.. We took a guided tour of the mounds and listened to the history of the site by volunteer Pauline who was so knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining during the hour or so we spent with her it made our visit. A snack in the cafeteria was ok as was the house and museum and, of course, a lovely sunny day for wandering the site made it perfect.
